We operate as a principal property buyer — we purchase residential property directly from homeowners.

Civic Rescue provides a residential property purchase service. We make direct cash purchase offers to homeowners who wish to sell their property, often in situations involving mortgage arrears, repossession proceedings, or financial difficulty.
Any offer we provide is:

- Subject to independent valuation and survey at our cost;

Actual offer values will be determined following an independent desktop or physical valuation and may differ materially from any calculator estimate. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of any calculator output.
