ASAP House Buyers (UK) trading as Civic Rescue ("Civic Rescue", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Ground Floor 6&7 Eastway Business Village, Olivers Place, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom, PR2 9WT. We operate as a principal property buyer — we purchase residential property directly from homeowners.
We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide financial advice, debt counselling, mortgage advice, or any regulated service. Nothing on this website constitutes legal or financial advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Civic Rescue website (the "Site") and any services we offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
3. Our Service
Civic Rescue provides a residential property purchase service. We make direct cash purchase offers to homeowners who wish to sell their property, often in situations involving mortgage arrears, repossession proceedings, or financial difficulty.
Any offer we provide is:
- A commercial transaction made on a willing-buyer, willing-seller basis;
- Not financial advice, debt advice, or a regulated credit product;
- Subject to independent valuation and survey at our cost;
- Not binding on either party until contracts are formally exchanged.

4. Indicative Figures and the Equity Calculator
The equity calculator on our Site produces indicative estimates only. These are based on publicly available regional auction data and are provided for illustrative purposes. They do not constitute a formal offer, valuation, or guaranteed purchase price.
Actual offer values will be determined following an independent desktop or physical valuation and may differ materially from any calculator estimate. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of any calculator output.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to ASAP House Buyers (UK) and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civic Rescue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or goodwill;
- Decisions made on the basis of indicative calculator figures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
